E3D+GIS input parameters preparation tool is a QGIS plugin developed for Department of Landscape Water Conservation (Czech Technical University in Prague). It is a set of tools that allows simple data preprocessing and export for Erosion-3D.
The main tool is a wizard with 15 steps, that guides user through the data preparation process and outputs the data into Erosion-3D format completely within QGIS. The whole process is shown in detailed online help. The plugin is a nice example how open source can be used to simplify and automate complex workflows and processes.
